Can you automatically delete guests without bookings?
With customer data, it would be great if you could delete multiple entries at once. Example: 1 family with 2 children: This would require four deletions – or am I doing something wrong? The entire family is displayed, and it would be great if, for example, a checkbox was displayed in front of each name. If you check this box, all four entries would be deleted at once. | |
Go to the customer settings:
Settings/Customers If you click the "Delete customers without bookings" option there, every time a booking is canceled, the system will check whether there are still valid bookings for the guests, and if not, these guests will also be deleted. | |
