I saw that there's also a "Christmas Greetings" field in the customer file that you can activate and click.
How does the selection work? For example, how can I select all guests who have a check mark there to send them an email with Christmas greetings? And how can I check or change the list of these guests, since you usually edit this list before Christmas by checking who's on it and who you've forgotten (this would have to be done in an overview or list, since you can't access each individual customer to check or uncheck the box; that takes forever). | |

This feature is only available to paying customers: Cloud-Rooms PREMIUM The Christmas greetings can be configured here: Settings/Customers Select the "Christmas Greetings" option in the "Fields" section. The list of Christmas greetings can be edited here: {/]Planning/Newsletter To further process the list of customers who receive Christmas greetings in other programs, proceed as follows: Filter the customers by Christmas greetings on the right side of the Christmas tree. Copy the list to the clipboard by selecting the list with the mouse and pressing "Ctrl+C". Open a spreadsheet program (Excel, LibreOffice, etc.) with an empty table. Click the first table cell and press "Ctrl+V" to paste the data. All data has been inserted into the table and can be further processed or saved in another format. | |
